Now hit Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking again.

Look down the column - NEWBIES - there you go.

Have you left that gruesome review on TripAdvisor? If not, do so.

There should have been a 10-digit PoPLA code in the rejection NPE sent you. Was there?

So they seem to imply you received an earlier letter which contained a POPLA code.

Give us a strict date/event line:

Event when? Ticket or NTK? When did you reply? When did they reject this?

    [[STRIKE]
    CODE]
If they have not sent you a POPLA code, they're in trouble.
    [/code]#
[/STRIKE]amended - in view of 'as your appeal was rejected by NPE Ltd & and popla, or you didn't appeal to popla your opportunity to pay a discounted amount has been lost. '

We can't see new posts when replying to earlier ones.

cover over the personal details on all of your paperwork , so no names, no car reg , no reference numbers , no personal info at all

scan it, (or take a pic) and host it on tinypic for us to see (of all letters with dates)

then post a hxxp (not http) web link on here (the url) so we can convert it to a proper link and read what was written , and when

also check all paperwork for that all important POPLA 10 digit verification code , if found , check the date it was generated and the expiry date using the code checker listed in that NEWBIES sticky thread

Ok so 1st June I stayed at the hotel, unsure of exact date but I then shortly after revived the charge. I then appealed sending booking conformation to prove I was in the hotel and they rejected on 4th July, sending a popla code. I then asked around to see what people knew about the whole thing and nobody mentioned that code until now, this morning 28th August I received the final reminder, letter created 26th August.

    As per #2
Did your rejection letter have a valid POPLA code? It should do.

in that case you missed the boat , so unless you can get a landowner cancellation you are in the realms of the debt collector drivel , and possible (but unlikely) court action

you needed to come here 6 or 7 weeks ago, after the first rejection
