It seems to be a hallmark of the yes campaign to not answer even the most basic questions and instead come out claiming some promised land where everything is perfect.
Scotland have had control of NHS budgets since 1999, why has spending in NHS in Scotland dropped but increased in England? Can't exactly blame that on the Tories when SNP have run the show.
And how are you defining these rich middle classes with high salaries? If you raise taxes they'll just go elsewhere. Not so easy for bankers in London to leave but no problem at all for someone to go across border to England.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

Your being disingenuous, budgetary control is one thing, relying on adequate funding coming from Westminster is another.The Scottish Parliament already controls the policy and budget of the Scottish NHS but the Yes campaign has argued that Treasury cuts in the grant given to the Scottish government limit it's ability to spend what it wants.
