two fractious kids and a queue a mile long...... still walked away with the books for them..... £5.00 each with special queues for those just buying books... didn't realise this till behind a woman doing a years... oops mean a months shopping :D:D

Bargain... £5.00 even paperbacks of books less known are £3.97 at best... kids well pleased (well one is the other one fell asleep at eleven and on waking her wasn't the bit interested... so I got her books)

Plan is that they will read the kids version and keep one kids version /and an adult version mint with receipt (to prove bought on very first day first edition was available), hope it might buy them a pizza when they are older :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Brighton Hollingbury was packed with the queue going all the way round the store. Got there at around 1130, and was 250 in the queue. Took 30 min to get served with the queue around 6-8 times longer behind me, Reckon some people will still be there in the queue at 3am! - if there are any books left (Theyv'e got 3 pallettes =3000 books) Pretty much everyone in the queue was buying 2 books each

Got my Harry Potter book this morning from asda for £5.00 but hurry as books are selling fast

I thought Bloomsbury were refusing to supply Asda because they were stung by criticism of the price of the book ( and an unpaid bill apparently..)

Got mine for a fiver from Asda last night, worried as they only had 1000 and the queue was big when I got there but needn't have worried as still picked up 2.
Was going to wait until this morning to start reading but what can I say, the fever got to me and I had to start last night! Definitely worth no sleep, that's for sure, hope you all enjoy as much as I did!
