Asda has seriously undercut the other sellers! We pre-ordered just last night and were quoted the £8.87 plus £2.74 delivery charge, but have just received an email from them earlier this evening confirming we are only going to be charged £5 including delivery!0

As for me, I will wait a few weeks longer, and when all the little brats have become bored with their latest Harry book, OXFAM shops will be full of them. I can then help one of our biggest booksellers finance some good schemes in the poorer parts of the world and get a cheap read at the same time. You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0

Well I have to take my sister to pick her copy up from the Trafford center at midnight so she can start reading and I guide her back to the car where she can read it on the way home.
Aparently the price per book from the publisher is £10 to the stores are making £8 if they sell it at the official price at £5 Asda are loosing £5 per book sold. I hope the people that are going to buy the books in stores buy some shopping at the same time.0 -

I'm still pleased with my decision with purchase from Amazon at 8.99. That is if it arrives first thing on saturday morning. Will not be pleased if it doesn't. I'm scared off going out of the house to buy a copy as I don't want anybody to ruin it for me!0

There's more sex in the adult version :rotfl:
Seriously though, it's just a different cover. It was first introduced so adults wouldn't have to look like they were reading a kids book on the tube.
Cheers

I'll be getting mine from my local library. It's free.:j
And I'm not left with a gigantic hard-backed book to find room for on the already-stuffed bookcase...
(Then I'll be sad and buy the paperback at Christmas so I can read it again and again.)
