London Has Peaked

At some point London will indeed peak no one could argue otherwise but its hard to put a number on it
I don't think it can pass 20x average wages.
Average wage in inner London is near 35k so I don't think inner London can go past £700k average and outter london is 24k so I don't think it can pass £480k average0 -

But prices peaked last April, how could that be true, do you mean -1.3%?Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

No no no, you misunderstand. The initial non binding offers made on the houses appearing in the Land Registry now were made in April ... this is why we're seeing the actual sale prices peak now. You just wait, BS assures me they will drop off and that that reflects a peak in non binding offers some time ago.If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -
