so i've received my points and received my replacement card. is the card useless in terms of spending on it means you don't get any points / rewards?0

Any suggestions on replacement cashback card? I've got John Lewis, struggling to find anything better. Not interested in cards with annual fee and the travel ones don't do it for me, not that impressed with Tesco or Nectar either. Prefer straight cashback or vouchers for major shops. Maybe Amazon will come out with something new, though no sure given their recently announced losses...
I've got the MBNA my rewards card. 1% on AmEx spend, 0.5% on Visa spend, back in vouchers for major stores (including Argos, Currys, Love2Shop, WHSmith and others that I can't remember at this moment!)
It was the best I could find...0 -
Cards arrived. Sort of blue and turquoise. Snipped. Many small pieces. On the phone now to cancel the account. Very long wait time. Obviously all you lot in the queue ahead of me.illegitimi non carborundum0

Am I the only person who hasn't received their Amazon cashback yet?
Does it arrive via email or post, (i.e. depend on how your statements were delivered)?0 -

Thanks for that Helix.
Did you receive your email recently, or was it when the card closed around four weeks ago?0 -

My new card arrived this morning - just as I was starting to wonder if it had got lost... It's very pretty, but that doesn't make up for the lack of rewards!
As I was putting it away with the rest of the cards I never use, I noticed it's very similar to my TSB debit card to the point I don't think I'd want them both in my wallet. I wonder if we'll see a thread where someone mixes the two up?0
