    Looks like we all got our points around the same time :)

    Now I just need the new card so I can make sure it's safely destroyed.
  • Not all I'm afraid, no card has arrived with me, and no email with the remaining points either. Maybe its the Welsh email, it'll probably come through next week!

  • After reading the thread and not receiving my code I called MBNA.

    I only just got off the phone and they advised we should receive the codes by close of business 22nd October if you haven't already.

    The member of staff suggested if you don't receive it by the 22nd, we need to get in touch with Amazon as they are sending the vouchers to the email registered.

    They get sent from CustomerService@mbna.co.uk so I would think MBNA are sending them rather than Amazon.

    Havnt had mine yet, either the points or the new cards.
    Once I have the points will close the account
  • I called again today and appears I may have spoken to a numpty at MBNA yesterday. Especially since he told me that the voucher is sent by Amazon when in fact its sent by MBNA as confirmed by Helix.

    So the women I spoke to today suggested that they should have all been sent out on 20th October. She has kindly emailed the marketing department for me to find out where my voucher is.

    I didn't see that. I've sent them an normal message telling them to close the account(s) and that the cards will be destroyed on receipt.
