To save all this ill-informed speculation, this is what's actually happening:

The draft judgment was circulated on Monday evening, to the parties and their legal teams.

I've seen it, but cannot disclose any information about the contents or the result, because there is an embargo until 10:30 tomorrow, when the final version is handed down. At that time, the Judges will consider any applications, such as permission to appeal to the Supreme Court.

Barry Beavis and Andy Foster are going to the handing down at the RCJ in the morning.

I will post the result, and a summary of the main points of the judgment, here at 10:30.

We may be able to get a printed copy, which can be turned into a PDF and a link posted, later on tomorrow.

That's it, don't ask any questions, I can't answer them, any premature disclosure is considered contempt of court.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I won't ask any questions about the case.

Are you feeling happy? (After all, we've had nice sunny weather). :D

I also won't ask any questions BP.

On a side note, that troll who claimed to be PE, do you think (s)he was in contempt of court or taking the mickey? :D

no questions , just looking at the comment that adds "such as permission to appeal to the Supreme Court." , and wondered why it had been mentioned

roll on 10.30 in the morning , and hope this is finished with

seems that the BPA statement that PE was holding back court action until this result has,nt happened , and they seem to be doing random ones ,

This could go either way, technically there is only one way it SHOULD go but with the influence that crapita has with various government contracts and "Backers" then I wouldn't be surprised if some of this has been going on behind the scenes...

    but that's just cynical me.
