    It's a blue one here :( Mind you, if you can have 20 defects and still be less than 1%, you have a lot more stock than me ;)

    Whoop whoop - we survived.

    20 defects and 0.7% which we are happy with.

    Thankfully we haven't had many INR cases opened recently without contact but I still insist (depending on their previous feedback and the general message received from them) that a case is opened as we have enough of a bumper to do so but our INR claims are a little lower again,

    I've got my holiday settings on and can't be others to go and look at what colour door I have . I've decided to spend my eBay income on good hotels, fine wine and food- and just waste the rest.
