Thanks for the tip. :) Will some sites just not work until I switch off the VPN? I have been ok with most things but I must admit the Swagbucks app has been playing up, slower than normal and just stopped working a couple of times. Anyone had that problem?

I logged into my account on my computer and it said the software it installed on my phone and that activation was confirmed yesterday. I just never got the welcome email it said I would get. I guess I will see if any credits appear on my account in the next day or so.

think swagbucks is one that doesnt like vpn

Well I have used it for a couple of weeks now and have 11 credits in my account (10 was the bonus for signing up). I am going to let it get to 15 and then cash out £10 and give up and uninstall it.

If you have an iPhone it does make it slower and uses a bit more battery than normal (well it does on mine). Also Swagbucks app and webpage is very temperamental and you can't do any surveys as it just bombs you out of them all.

This was handy to get the introduction but after that you only get one credit a week and you can get £5 after 10 weeks or £10 after 15 weeks. Doesn't really seem worth the hassle if it is causing problems on your mobile.

Also, I must admit I am a little dubious about what information is shared. I know they say they don't monitor phone calls or texts but the VPN logo still pops up when I text etc.

Hello, just wondered if anyone has tried to uninstall the software from their phone? I have no idea how to do this.

I tried looking on their website and I cannot get to the uninstall instructions. I go to https://mobilexpression.com/UninstallInstructions.aspx put in the Device Type as Mobile Phone and then nothing appears for me to select under the Mobile Carrier option. I therefore can't get to see the instructions. :(

    Anyone know?? Thanks :)

I just got the £10 Amazon voucher, came through very quickly after I ordered it. To be honest I would just leave it installed if it didn't affect the performance of my phone so much.

What phone do you have? It's a function on your phone and nothing to do with mobilexpression. Usually you go to settings>apps>click on it and click uninstall (on android)

    Thanks for the reply :)

I have an iPhone SE. I can't see it as an app installed as such, there is a VPN profile which refers to mobileexpression. That could be it.

I just didn't want to play about with it and not uninstall it properly as I think I need to get rid of it completely so it doesn't affect my phone anymore.

I claimed a reward a couple of weeks ago and it never arrived. I've sent 3 follow-up queries but none were responded to. I was wondering whether anyone here had heard anything from them recently? Have they finally folded?

No, I've never had a problem claiming (and receiving) rewards before, but this time I got nothing. I think it may be due to the fact that I recently needed to replace my phone (as my old one broke). Just before abandoning the broken phone I ordered an Amazon voucher on the Mobilexpression website, using my outstanding credits. The order was accepted, but the voucher never emailed to me.

When I now login to the website I am able to login, but when I try to query my benefits I get a message saying that my account is suspended. I have sent two queries to them via the support form on the website, and one via a support email address that I have for them, but they have not responded to any of them. Hence the reason for asking whether anyone else here had heard from them in the last week or so.
