Have you checked spam and junk folder?

And yes depending how you signed up, some were offered the £20 voucher

Yes - there's nothing in my spam/junk folders.

Has anyone here successfully redeemed rewards recently?

Ive had to email (raise tickets) the last 2 times after asking for pay out, waiting and nothing arriving .

But they coughed up no problem almost immediately after I emailed them.

    HTH.

That's interesting....my wife had a similar problem a few months ago. She ordered vouchers, they never arrived, she contacted Mobilexpression 4-5 times via email and their website, and didn't get a single response (or even acknowledgement of any of her messages). I'm gobsmacked to hear that someone has actually had any sort of response from them.

Yep. I recommend raising a ticket even though your wife got no joy. Worth a bash anyway.

    This was what they replied:

Well that was unexpected...I got a response. It wasn't exactly straightforward - they asked me to try again as there may have been a connection issue with their award vendor. I was unable to try again because my credit balance had been reduced to zero. Also, the link that they sent me in their email to update or check the status of my ticket didn't work, as it rejected my login credentials. So I raised another ticket, referring back to the original ticket, and have today received my Amazon voucher code.
So there is life at Mobilexpression after all, it seems :0)

You are lucky. They locked my account. Everytime I argue I get nowhere lol
  • Anyone here experiencing sudden problems with MobileXpression ?

I've been with them for a good couple of years, the VPN software always active on my phone, Reward 'points' claimed weekly without fail, Amazon Gift Cards claimed and redeemed successfully ....

However, went to claim this weeks reward point on Monday, and was presented with a screen that informed me my account was suspended (??) and to email them .

Thus I did, and I also logged a support request via their website. All I have so far is a deathly silence ..

Just wondering what the problem is (are others getting the same message) or is this a sign that things aren't well with MobileXpression ?

    Cheers
