Same thing happened to me yesterday have been with them years and no problems but they have just closed my account

Hmm - I reckon that MobileXpression are having difficulties then ?

Annoying thing from my point of view is that I had accumulated 17 points, another 3 weeks and I would have claimed another £20 Amazon Voucher.

I wonder if perhaps MSE could look into this ? I'm guessing there are countless others too ?

Anyone here experiencing sudden problems with MobileXpression ?

I've been with them for a good couple of years, the VPN software always active on my phone, Reward 'points' claimed weekly without fail, Amazon Gift Cards claimed and redeemed successfully ....

However, went to claim this weeks reward point on Monday, and was presented with a screen that informed me my account was suspended (??) and to email them .

Thus I did, and I also logged a support request via their website. All I have so far is a deathly silence ..

Just wondering what the problem is (are others getting the same message) or is this a sign that things aren't well with MobileXpression ?

    Cheers

Same for me, haven't contacted them yet but plan to today.

I was on 13 points so only a couple of points away from my next £10.00 Amazon voucher which makes it even more frustrating!

I had the same problem a while ago. I got an initial response from their support team after sending a couple of messages, but then their responses stopped coming. In the end I resolved it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I also successfully managed to claim a £20 reward as recently as this Monday (Dec 11th) - the voucher was emailed to me later the same day.

I received 500 swagbucks for installing the android version of this towards the end of June and in just over 6 months have redeemed £80 of Amazon codes. Payments have always come within 24 hours of being claimed and I have had no connection issues apart from needing to click on the icon to start the app sometimes.

£80 in 6 months? You're on a very different reward scheme to me. I get 1 credit each week, and can cash in 20 credits for £20 Amazon vouchers. So I earn £26 in 6 months.
Do you earn more than 1 credit each week?

I didn't realise how far we are into January it's been installed for just under 7 months (30 weeks).
There was £20 for keeping it installed for 4 weeks and it earns an ongoing £2 a week (including for the first 4 weeks so they earned £28 including the bonus).
At the time of installation the swagbucks were worth £4 and initially they were the only reason I downloaded it.

I've contacted them twice by email and once via the website but unfortunately have had no response, very annoying!

You might have better luck so it's worth trying.

An ongoing £2 per week? Does that mean you're getting 2 credits per week, or that each of your credits is worth £2?

It's £2/2 credits per week, the amount stated when I signed up.

    Found the e-mail
After you have been an active member of MobileXpression for at two weeks, you will receive 20 MobileXpression credits that can be redeemed for a £20 Amazon gift card. Additionally, each week you remain an active member, you can claim two credits.
