No, I've never had a problem claiming (and receiving) rewards before, but this time I got nothing. I think it may be due to the fact that I recently needed to replace my phone (as my old one broke). Just before abandoning the broken phone I ordered an Amazon voucher on the Mobilexpression website, using my outstanding credits. The order was accepted, but the voucher never emailed to me.

When I now login to the website I am able to login, but when I try to query my benefits I get a message saying that my account is suspended. I have sent two queries to them via the support form on the website, and one via a support email address that I have for them, but they have not responded to any of them. Hence the reason for asking whether anyone else here had heard from them in the last week or so.

Do you have VPN switched on as that could be why

    No - I don't have a VPN enabled.

Aesop - when you say they're still around, does that mean that you've actually had a contact from them within the last couple of weeks? If so, what method did you use to contact them?

I've tried both email and web form but getting absolutely no response.

I've been able to claim my credits and cash out a voucher.

They are extremely difficult to approach if you are unable to get a response from email and Web form.

I have been trying to place an order for a £20 Amazon voucher, using the 20 rewards that I have accumulated. I get as far as clicking the "Place Order" button (the final stage in the ordering process), but then get the error: "Sorry, the order is no longer valid. Please try again".

Has anyone successfully redeemed any Mobilexpression credits recently?

I've submitted a help request on their website but from previous experience they never respond to queries.

Well it was offered as an option when I logged in (still is), and I was able to select it and add it to my basket. I've ordered a £20 voucher before (in April) so it's definitely been available in the past.

...and to make matters worse my credit balance with Mobilexpression has been reduced to zero. So I've been running the app for no reward at all for the last 6 months. Time to bail out I think.
