Does anyone have a contact email address? My app stopped working 2 weeks ago, just after I claimed my 3rd £10 voucher (which also never appeared).

When I login to website on my laptop it doesn't display either just the blank boxes like people mentioned already.

Last time when I sent a ticket through the website itself, I got a reply from this address:

support-team@mobilexpression.com

It did take 14 days for them to reply to my online ticket though

The app stopped working for both my wife and I this morning - when the web page opens it displays a message saying "An error occurred processing your last request. Please use the back button in your browser to try again."

Anyone else having any luck with it today?

Yes I got my point today.

Have you checked whether your app is fully up to date? I've had a few weeks where I couldn't get points because I hadn't updated it and kept sending in support tickets for them to give me points manually.

Hmmm...I just uninstalled and re-installed the app, but got the same error.

I'm having the same problem, I couldn't log in so have reset my password. It told me to wait 90 mins to try again, which I just have but still can't log in.

I have managed to log in now but there is no credit there for me to claim.

I am having the same problem, re-installed app and managed to login but no point to claim.
