Logging into the site and reinstalling software solved this for me. I was immediately then offered a token to redeem on the rewards page which you can get to by checking 'My Benefits' page.

I think problem is there's a new version of software and old version no longer works properly.

My app worked fine to redeem points for the past two weeks but today it's giving me a completely broken webpage. Anyone having problems as well?

I got a message to collect a cred it this afternoon - so definitely working for me. Strange it's working for some and not others.

I've just done a reinstall as well and it has let me claim this week's point! Slightly annoying as I had to delete some other apps on my phone to free up space for it!

If I originally installed on 03/14/2015 have used phone online daily for a couple of hours. Done a couple of reinstalls but I only have 12 points that can't be right. not used any yet to get Amazons voucher.

that's right. You get 10 points at the end of your first full week and one each for the following 2 weeks.

Blank page once I clicked on the message today. No way to collect points! There are so many errors on this app? Really miss the Nielson one....

Anyone have this problem too? I was hoping that after re-installing the app last week there wouldn't be any more problems

Edit - I just figured out the only issue was that the app wasn't opening the webpage in chrome on my phone. I opened it manually on chrome and was able to obtain the credit.

it's a point every week after the initial 10 points for first installation as long as you are using your internet as normal and they are receiving data. You can claim another £5 voucher at 10 points

Additionally, each week you remain an active member, you can claim another credit. 10 credits can be redeemed for a £5 Amazon gift card or 15 credits can be redeemed for a £10 Amazon gift card! Remember, being an active member means that the MobileXpression software must remain on your device and it must be allowed to communicate both Internet and app data with MobileXpression.
