I deleted it last week after getting my last credit for a voucher.
It sometimes lags indeed so I don't think world is falling apart yet :P

Their support is generally quick to answer queries so I'd drop an e-mail.

I redeemed my vouchers last night, just in case, and they arrived in my email a while ago

No credits for this week for me either they usually come through on Mondays, When I log o to my account its showing as active still. I have emailed them querying why no points this week, no reply as yet

I've had the same problem this week. Don't want to redeem as i am only one point away from a £10 voucher.

I got a reply from support yesterday, they gave me the point this week and I redeemed the £10. It seems like they should post this to my house as they asked my address?

Anyhoo I will check my email to see if they email it.

you get a code emailed to you and it comes from another company, it just has the code in the body of the email

I don't but will ask from someone who got one yesterday.

it was pretty quick, they got it within minutes.

It is instant - just use search on e-mail to find Amazon I think it is from orders@online-rewards.com
