    Hi,

There's lots and lots of 'worst ISP' comments on here relating to the support / service level from Orange.

Can someone please tell me who the best is in these categories (without taking in to account price) - i'm looking to sign up and was just about to take up Orange so thanks for the advice.

    Hi,

Orange are not requiring that you sign up for 24months, they only require 18months, it's in their T&C's even though the shops advertise 24mths (you can ring them to check 150 from orange handset, 07973100150 from landline/other mobile).

If you go for the £14.99 BB - calling customer services to rectify any probs is a premium rate number as far as i know.

Zen is widely regarded as being the best ISP, but it isn't cheap. Check out the Zen forums at http://www.thinkbroadband.com/

I am with orange (was wanadoo) and have had no problems at all. I would like a laptop though. Has anyone threatened to leave orange and been given a laptop anyway?. If not, I suppose I`ll go to AOL.

just got a letter through from orange broadband saying that my useage is in breach of the fair useage policy of 40gb per month and my average useage is 55gb a month. theyre saying that if i dont significantly reduce my useage they will close my account. good news for me as i want a free laptop from aol. has anybody else had a similar letter from orange? and do you think i will have to pay any cancellation fees if they close it? think i might download more!!!!!
