AJ and Pooh welcome back to both of you.

Flagging already, washing on the line, quick tidy around done. Need to put more washing on and have a snack.

Afternoon, managed a load of washing...currently kinda drying as it's spitting outside :-/, also hoovered and a damp dust round the windowsills and shelves downstairs. Also a quick s&s in the kitchen & bathroom.

Had been hoping to do a more through job but have ended up being roped into extra hours at work yesterday & again this evening!
    Good luck to everyone

The trouble is, now my Living Room's looking all prettified I don't want to go and start the kitchen, I'd much rather stay in here and enjoy it :rotfl:

Please can one of the wise ladies on here remind me how long I have to keep all my paperwork for?

I decided to make a slow start on the paperwork and filing before I had some lunch and I have already worked my way through the box I had been dreading. I have ditched and shredded the stuff I know I definitely don't need to keep although that is mainly work related bits. I have put everything in date order and opened pages out to take up less room but I know I still have far too many letters, statements and payslips...I am not entirely sure I need my last 11 years of payslips and seeing as I have been with my employer for 14 I probably have the other three years somewhere too as we have a box that we archived stuff in years ago that I still need to plough through. Once I have done that I just need to decide on a better filing system and I think I might be done :j

It might sound good that I am nearly a day ahead but I fear that sorting and cleaning the kitchen cupboards could take more than one day anyway :(

Six years, AJMoney. Ionafan is brilliant on all that stuff and can tell you from which year you need to keep it and when you can chuck it.

Frog and Cane Toad wrestling is not happening at the moment because OH's gutted fish have bled all over the 'fridge. *sigh*

Had quite a productive time since 12.30 - got most of the earlier washing in before the rain, sorted into ironing/ non ironing. DD moved non-ironing to appropriate rooms (won't have been put away in those rooms - but it has gone upstairs), put another small load out on line, put various items in dw, wudupa :), fed 2 small children, emptied 2 bins and sorted recycling, cleared kitchen table of toys (DD relocated to bedrooms), put all stuff for garage in box by front door, vacuumed living room, did an hour of ironing :), prepped my lunch, cooked and ate my lunch, read an old magazine and recycled it and put rest of shopping away :D

Earlier today I did another hour of ironing before going to SW - where I somehow lost 1/2lb - despite eating LOTS of fudge, clotted cream ice cream, fish n chips, cooked breakfasts etc last week and drinking wine, cherry brandy, prosecco and champagne! Helped out at SW and then did Aldiiiii shopping.

    Chase DD's EHIC card!
BOOK HIRE CAR FOR OCT HOL
    Chipsaway for my car
Deliver big pile of craft stuff to friend
