I was given some leeks for planting today so they've gone in. I've got some broccoli and kale to get in this week, and some strawberry plants to get in when I've dug over the bed they're planned for.
Today we've got rid of the awful wooden composter that was already there when I got the keys. The top part was great compost, the middle was iffy and needed a lot of separating because the previous people had shoved a load of plastic in there :mad:
The bottom quarter pretty much all had to go to the tip because whoever built it used painted doors to build it with and it was full of paint chippings :mad::mad:

Can't wait to get into it. Organic veg is astronomical.
I've given up a fair bit of the garden to raised beds now too.

Some of my friends including myself are on last levels and when we finish waiting for new levels we sit in the terminus chin wagging . Truly got invited last time and she fed my dog Poppy biscuitsI have just finished level 665 so waiting for new levels.

The land of Emmerdale. Unless it's just me that's feeling the cold. I'm chuffing freezing right now too. I was cutting down the hedges today and had to wear a fleece I was that cold.

i got rice 40 packs:eek: but that is to share with the girls i thought i will use it with the expensive chicken and home grown veg, to make the meal seem a little more affordable:o0 -
