I think my bank have committed fraud

I think you might have forgotten.
When you get to the cashier, they get you to put your card in the reader and you put your pin number in. Then they give you money.

And you care because...?0

Bit of a non issue really ? I could understand it if someone else had withdrawn money using the OP's card but why question it now ?0

I can't see anything else here apart from just looking for something to complain about.0

How often do you go to that bank? Maybe they knew you by face if you're a regular there?
I understand your concerns and think that many people are missing the point here. If you were able to walk in and withdraw money without any form of authentication, then so would anybody if they found your lost card. What will your verse be?

So request a copy of the slip with the signature on it and request a copy or a viewing of the CCTV at the time to prove if you signed it or not.
You haven't lost out on anything here - but if it wasn't C&P and the bank teller didn't know you - then arguably they didn't follow identification procedures.
But that all depends on the bank.
At the moment it's your word against theirs. You say you didn't sign, they say you did. The only way you can do anything about it is to prove you didn't.
So get a copy and ask to view the CCTV from the time of your visit. Then, perhaps, you could report them to the appropriate authorities (which isn't the police as this isn't a criminal act!)

Fraud: wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
Whatever happened, it certainly wasn't fraud. Nobody has gained or lost anything, and nobody has deceived anybody else.0 -
I sounds as if the OP suspects the bank of forging their signature. Just another f-word, but very different meaning.0

So you walked into a bank, gave them your card and asked for cash. They handed it over and gave you your card back. You then said "You didn't ask for Id, I'm complaining!", to which you probably got a boilerplate letter. Now you are saying they forged your signature.
To what end is that? Are you thinking of claiming compensation for them following your instructions?
They'll likely only care if you go back in and said it was a fraudulent withdrawal, then they'll check the CCTV and block your card.
I've asked for small amounts of cash from several banks before, and they didn't care about Id, but I'd expect there to be a floor limit.0
