PS. I don't have difficulties reading your text, you can remove the bold font.

so no need for your 'attitude' either.
you really need to be aware that people 'trying' to help and point you in the right direction may also have issues too

You sound aggressive.. I did not mean the job centre number, I am trying to point out to you that there are other advice and help rather than giving a confirmed answer.

I think we both established your not much help here, so I'd like to kindly ask you to go an unwind and read something that's going to relax you more :).

OP, have you deliberately chosen to ignore nannytone's explanation on why she uses bold font? As you have not yet apologised to her.

nannytone hasn't been aggressive in any shape or form. She has given you correct & sound advice, for clarification on anything that affects 'your' claim, 'you' need to contact the relevant department at the jobcentre.

If you were sanctioned, stating that you didn't attend the activity following advice from a forum rather than enquiring yourself would not make the decision makers change their minds as 'you' are responsible for your claim, no one else. It'll also be a lot less stressful on you if you do find out for yourself as you will be 100% sure.

As you have claimed JSA you will have the relevant booklets with all the contact numbers in that you need to call them.
Please be nice to all moneysavers!

Have been biting my tongue on this thread, but:

    a) I don't understand why someone who says they will have no difficulty finding a job just doesn't do that and free themselves from the requirements of claiming benefits.

    b) If someone can't cope with a fortnightly 10 minute appointment, not sure how they think they are going to cope with full time work, and

    c) Think this is just the type of case which gives those who are genuinely claiming sickness benefits a bad name.

Sorry but that is the overall impression OP has created.

I agree with the above. Ok, in part, I am on ESA due to the stress, discrimination and ignorance of the work programme. But I also have other disabilities which make working and holding down a job difficult. And the adjustments I would need are unreasonable.

I completely agree with you. The OP's attitude towards nannytone stinks as well - tact and discretion are useful tools in the workplace and a profound lack of them isn't likely to lead to gainful employment.

it doesnt appear to me that its the fortnightly signings that are stressing the OP, more the work experience that they are trying to avoid.....
