Jobcentre Stress

theres no good asking here. you need to ask at the job centre.0

so if i said ... you dont have to go ... and i was wrong ( i am on ESA)
and then they sanctioned you ...
isnt it wiser to be sure rather than accept someone elses guess?
if that means you think i have a bad attitude, then thats your opinion.
i would rather have the people that make the decision tell me the answer

And if someone told me to call *Phone Number Here*, and inform them about your new ESA claim and your work experience coming up, then that would put me in the right direction.
An answer doesn't always have to be a specific one I am going to rely on, it can be just to point someone in the right direction. Besides, a bit of heads up in the mean time is always good.
PS. I don't have difficulties reading your text, you can remove the bold font.0 -
and i did.
i said phone the job centre and ask!
i dont have the number, but surely you can find it yourself.
the number of people that want to change their claim to ESA from JSA the day before they have work experience due to start must be tiny.
the chances of coming across someone that has had that exact experience on a forum such as this, would be tiny.
so the best people to ask are the ones that will sanction you id you do the wrong thing

you may not have trouble reading my text, but i am registered blind and use it for my convenience and not yours.
so no need for your 'attitude' either.
you really need to be aware that people 'trying' to help and point you in the right direction may also have issues too

You sound aggressive.. I did not mean the job centre number, I am trying to point out to you that there are other advice and help rather than giving a confirmed answer.
I think we both established your not much help here, so I'd like to kindly ask you to go an unwind and read something that's going to relax you more

im not stressed and i dont need to unwind.
the only people that can give you the definitive answer to your question is the job centre.
isnt that pointing you in the right direction?
you NEED a difinitive answer to your question in order to avoid a sanction.
regardless of how 'agressive or helpful' you feel i am, the only people that can help you answer your query is the job centre

So someone on here tells you "no you don't have to go", you don't bother and then get sanctioned, because they have given you duff gen!! Go on Google, look up your JC number, phone them and ask them, they are the ones who can give you the correct answer.
But you are not claiming ESA yet are you? What someone already on ESA does, might be completely different to what someone waiting for a claim to go through has to do!0 -

When am I claiming ESA from, now, or when they get the letter? I have work experience coming up Thursday and I'm unsure if I need to go or not.
If you can't get an answer beforehand, surely the best thing for you to do is to go, just in case?0
