Valli - so pleased for DD

    MMM welcome back

    VMD welcome

    Shell You're doing well

I've hoovered and mopped downstairs; dusted the LR; got the washing in; made Tom soup and apple and blackberry crumble, washed up.

That is much more than I've achieved of late. DH still working on the shower but I have gobbled up a really annoying frog so hopefully that will create energy to achieve more.

We haven't gone out as planned so had our picnic in the living room. Taking inspiration from the posts on here, I found my GUAG and went for a bike ride, did some weeding in the garden, cut the grass back and front and sorted DH's sock drawer.

I hope everyone is having a pleasant evening.

Welcome to new and returning flyladies!

We had a nice couple of days camping, but came home this aft. Kids have had enough and want their own surroundings. And camping is hard work ;) As luck would have it, North Yorks is now under a weather warning for wind. Goodness knows what my mum will do, but I'm sure they will sort it out between them. I did help her get everything cleaned up and put away before we left.

We are just about unpacked, only a few bits of toys to rehome and the wash bag. But I've a bit of laundry to get through in the next couple of days.

Think we are done with our trips now, kiddies just want to be at home. Me too.

So I'm back on the flylady bus tomorrow!

Dusty wishing your AF a speedy departure and a long vacation before her return

Just spent a few hours trying to sort some more of my room out and DD3 has been gophering for me (go for this and go for that)`, but it has been slow going as my AF and BD have been playing TAG with each other and I am looking forward to bed.

DS has been having stories for over an hour and it's time for him to give in.....we have done Bear Hunt and Green Eggs and Ham with the silly voices, so I am ready for my own R&R and a brew

One more story of Slinky Malinki and that is it, definitely bedtime

see you tomorrow or on the new thread

    Done a few bits today
Washed the boys bedding and remade beds, made a blackberry, apple, rhubarb and pear crumble. Using up little bits of fruit I managed to make two crumbles. Had some tonight and it was delicious! Also made some fresh bread for the morning.
Did some sorting it in the bedroom as well as the following

    Wednesday - Bathroom/downstairs toilet/Hall, Stairs, Landing
    15 minutes...
[STRIKE]Clean the toilets and sinks, shine those taps[/STRIKE]
    Got 30 minutes to spare...
[STRIKE]Clear the floors and hoover and mop them, right into the manky corners[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean the bath and/or shower - descale the head if required
    Shine those mirrors and windows[/STRIKE]

    Thursday - Choose a bedroom
    15 minutes..
[STRIKE]Remove and wash bed linen and duvet covers.[/STRIKE]
    30 minutes to spare..
    [STRIKE]Clear and clean the bedside table/dressing table[/STRIKE]
Hoover the floor" camt see the floor at the moment as sorting stuff out for a Car boot next weekend!

    Got an hour..

    Extra mission:
[STRIKE]Wash duvet [/STRIKE]and curtains from the study
[STRIKE]Find homes for the last few bits in the utility room.[/STRIKE]

    Friday Rooms of Dooms
    15 minutes..
[STRIKE]Eat a frog or at least take a big bite from it[/STRIKE]
    30 minutes to spare..
[STRIKE]Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc[/STRIKE]
    Vacuum the floor

That's me done for the week. We are going on a coach trip tomorrow to the seaside. Leaving at 7am and returning at 9pm so won't get anything done tomorrow.

See you all on next weeks thread! :)

    Morning all

Woke up hungry and chilly so I'm on the kitchen sofa by the aga with a cuppa, biscuits, mog and DS1's clean hoodie which was drying on the aga.

Day full of cricket for all 3 boys with DS3 going from a junior match to a senior one. DS1 is after me to do the criket teas. I could do with the time tbh but season is not far from the end so I'll probably do it (in return for garden hep tomorrow).

Bossy glad you are home safely before the winds come
Skinty hoping AF and her miserable dog leave you soon, let's book her on a world cruise with mine.
JTTOU sending health vibes for your DS's GF

Plan is to tidy and dust the DR office before everybody else arises.

    Get beef in slow cooker
    Breakfast and WUDUPA
    Gym
    Bath
    Walk dogs
    Hoover through house
Go back in the cupboard of doom and make a pathway between boxes of books for DH to find what he wants when he's back from paid stuff later.
