Cost/rental comparisons could be indicative
No the aerodrome has gone, in fact I think that is where the estate is built.
Perton is very popular, there would be no problem renting a place there.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0 -
Well, our house has been values and had photos taken and the EA says it should be live on the internet by the end of the week.
Will post the link when I have it!(AKA HRH_MUngo)

What a lovely house, and a gorgeous garden. i love the summer house too.
I don't foresee any problems, someone will snaffle it up in no time.0 -

I hope so. I want someone to love it as much as we have done and ideally I would like them to keep the frog ponds.
Still, after we've gone we'll never know and we have provided breeding habitat for frogs and damselflies for nearly forty years.
We'll make another pond in the bungalow's garden x(AKA HRH_MUngo)

I was interested to see what you'd done with the entry way and verandah......:rotfl:0

I don't know why they have not used the pic of the attic room , my husband is going to query this. The cellar is used for storage, however a pic of it would show how light it is and the fact that it IS used for storage would demonstrate how dry it is.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

The entryway, is just that, a tiled entryway with a light in it, there is nothing else in it, the verandah used to be my husband's workshop when he was picture framing, now it is used as a utility room.
The entry, however, is important in that most terraced houses do not have a private one, they are usually communal.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Sorry - realised there is a second bedroom pic, so I've edited my post - would you like to do the same to your quote so people don't get confused? Obviously I got up this morning but my brain didn't.....................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
