:j that elusive weekend is finally here!
I have a long list of chores to do and errands to run as several were postponed last week due to my sudden travelling. Unfortunately it's rained overnight so not sure if I will get any garden jobs done - will have to review later (or tomorrow). However, I have plenty other tasks to keep me busy
I didn't get my car back yesterday in the end - but they have agreed to drop it back today instead :T
Have a lovely weekend

Thanks for stopping by Mr E and MG
I have indeed got my car back :T Quite amazing to think it's all happened and been sorted in under a fortnight.
I'm having a very late lunchand a quick breather/mooch on here before I start on the next phase of my chores.

Afternoon
I didn't get as many chores done yesterday as I had hoped. So I got up early today to blitz them. In fact I got up even earlier than expected as the next door neighbours decided to have rather a large row this morning involving lots of shouting and door slamming
No money news - although I am hoping a survey payment over in the next few days as I want something to OP
Have a great Sunday0 -
Phew busy few days  It will be worth it though as I get a holiday very soon
The survey payment I was waiting for arrived - so £11.60 has been OP'd today0 -

Hi Cath.
I could do better but since I work FT time I just do what I feel is managable. It all adds up though. I agree that work is hard going... and definitely gets in the way of a fun life :rotfl:
The busy days have been passing superquick...and I'm now officially on holiday :T I am indeed going to be having a cheeky break away0 -

Good morning... or perhaps I should so Buongiorno
I had a fabulous break in Italy...first time there and I loved it as much as I hoped I would. Saw lots of beautiful places, met some lovely people, ate a massive amount of delicious food...and ice cream! The weather was pretty much perfect too - couldn't have asked for more really  Well except longer away I guess :rotfl:
Not really much to report on the money front... OP of £46.81 made which was a mixture of survey payments, cashback and some work expenses that arrived whilst I was away.
Off to catch up on some diaries to see what I have missed.
