Tiamai, baby steps, baby steps. Everyone's circumstances and homes are different. Be proud of what you've achieved and not what you haven't.
I use the BBC food website too, it's good for putting in random ingredients and seeing what they suggest.

Kazmeister, mmmm, recipes AND pictures. Scribbled those ones down. Thanks!

I did the fridge job and am having.. spaghetti with bacon, parmezan, cherry toms and a side order of lentil roast and a lonely cold roast potato with marmite in the middle as a starter. I drew the line at incorporating beetroot into the meal..

I've laid all the whole tiles and all the straight edged partial ones and it's looking fab already! I think the twiddly bits round pipes and stuff can wait. I'll only bodge if I rush it.

Off to eat my gastronomic delight. Definitely didn't use the BBC site for that one.
Have an easy night those anticipating wake ups form poorly littlies and biggies. Catch you all tomorrow.

Not done as much as i wanted today cos charlie didn't sleep for as long as expected, and was hugely clingy. Will be checking if you are all ok in a moment. Haven't been on the computer as much as usual today, so that is a start.

Well, I've done some, picked a bit from most of the levels as you can see....

    [strike]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances
Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary)
Wipe the outside of all your small appliances (kettle, toaster etc)[/strike]

My dd has finished school for the summer so we truddled along to the library (half hour walk) and she joined The Big Wild Read. Ds found some tractor and digger books I'm sure we will be reading at bedtime over the next couple of weeks so he was happy.

I helped my friend sort out a poster sized piccie of lots of photos of her mum she wants for the funeral service on Thursday. As I'd done it before I talked her through it while we were on msn and we used a collage poster print service on Snapfish.

Thanks for all the kind thoughts and messages you've left for me - it means alot.
    Night-night. xx

  • You've all been busy, all that baking !! Anyone fancy popping some in the post to me.

My gran died yesterday, funeral is on thursday so I think I won't be doing much flying this week.

We needed to take the DVD's off the shelf in the lounge to take the shelves down, so they've been sorted into his and hers. I've always found sorting possessions out when you split up odd. He has told me that I get to keep the rats - erm yeah like I'd even consider spliting them up. He bought one of them, but there is no way that she'd be separated from the other 2.

Wipe down gloss work in the dining room

Sorry about your Gran ShirleyPark :(

But glad you are keeping the rats, I do like rats.

I haven't got a sore throat, but I'm wondering if I should have some ice cream. Just as a preventive measure you understand? :D
  • Pollybear I like your thinking :rotfl:

I have half heartedly tackled the kitchen today but have worked hard all day doing other things. Did 3 loads of wash ( 1 was hand wash yuk). Put all ironing away and counted DS has 32 pairs of trousers/shorts:o . No wonder I'm skint. Put 25 bundles of clothing etc on e-bay. Takes flaming hours !!
My room has no clutter at all in it now. DD has cleared hers ( so she says). Made soup , cooked all meals. Made packed lunch for tomorrow. Knackered now. Lounge not too bad so might be an easier day tomorrow for me. Oh except for a day at the office. Happy flying folks xx
