What's the cost associated with putting your money where your mouth is so far? 15 months rent and 25% HPI? Plus you're having to live in Haringey rather than your beloved Walthamstow.0 -

UK MoM 1.7% YoY 7.2%
London selling prices beginning to accelerate again.

i live in haringey for work purposes
wasn't planning on buying in the stow but since asking prices have dropped by £50-75k since april i may well consider
