'We've reached a tipping point' Signs of house price weakness

This is the thread that's been showing London 'crashing' since January.
What has actually happened to prices in London so far this year?
Normal people would question their methodology after getting it wrong for 8 months.
Clearly a thread entitled "london is crashing" which documents the meteroric rise in house prices over that period suggests that looking at property bee isn't an indicator of the market at all. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Nearly all your links are rubbish prices might well go down but going through rightmove looking for price drops proves nothing.0 -

lets think about this for a second
around april time london properties were achieving 98.something percent of the asking price
asking prices are now FALLING in london
and in the areas i'm watching are LOWER
and less properties are achieving the asking than before
think about that and then go back to your hole in the sand0 -

The links you post do not show asking prices of less than the equivalent house sold prices in April. As I've already said prices could well have peaked and be falling back after all they went mad for a while but the links you post are not proof.0 -

some of them did but you chose to either ignore them or you (or possibly someone else) made up some nonsense to dismiss them.0 -

One possibly did but I pointed out the advantages of the one that sold in April.0 -

Well if you want to waste your time scouring rightmove looking for lower prices and ignoring higher or similar prices that's up to you.0 -
