A low spend day for me today. Treated my friend to a coffee while we had a long overdue catch up, although as it was early I got a saving of £1.20 to make it £3 for 2 extremely good and decent sized coffees!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

:hello: Hi all xxxmarmiterulesok wrote: »Hi kathy. If you don't mind,I'll wait until you get your first target, and claim that prize, before increasing your target. You don't want to miss out on a lovely ice cream cone surely!
Very true, ice creams are always appreciated
So.............not only was today an NSD bringing me up to 11I also had an e mail from the parking fines..............They have let me off :j Just this once (as they put very firmly in the letter) so more concentration from me and great relief that I don't have to shell out £35 :j I suppose I should just stick the permit in place with sellotape but it might sound silly but since the attempted burgulary a few months ago I just get really paranoid leaving it on show..............silly really as it only shows the area I can park in not my full address, need to get over that I suppose.....
Right I am carefully planning as I know I will be really tight next month but have two trips to London and a trip to mum's to take into account so I am planning to shop on Sunday morning as I get paid from my second job early and I know I only have £30 that I can use out of it as the rest is tied up in a DD and two card payments so that should stop me going over a shopping limit. Have got all cards put away at home and am really going to knuckle down over the next few months, the drop in pay is starting to tell a bit but the lack of stress really makes up for it.
On a mega plus side I am not giving in to cravings for chocolate and other sugary stuff s I want NSDsSo the waistline must be improving a bit too.....................so yes I'll definitely go for the virtual ice ceam and change my target later
:hello:

Celebrations time at Chateau Nargle as DS has got 11 GCSEs. One C, three Bs, four As and three A*s!!!!! He worked hard for them and we are very very proud.
So, it is steak and chips tonight with a bottle of wine, steak from Ald1 which I took out of the freezer last night, home made chips, wine from Ald1 which is already in the wine rack waiting for such an occasion. Add a home made plum crumble and there is our celebratory meal, without a single penny being spent today, so hopefully will have a NSD to chuck into the Cauldron later. One life - your life - live it!0 -
As promised, here is number 9 NSD to join the fun.One life - your life - live it!0
