    D: 1/2 a chicken and stuffing sandwich and an apple (got home late)
    S: 5 almonds, 5 pecans, a banana, ginger and lemon tea, small hot chocolate
    E: walked 10084 (4.6 miles), stairs

  • Just realised I have forgotten to post my weigh in on Monday.

    Weigh now stands at 11st 4.8lbs so I have lost a pound this week and a half inch off of my waist:T

  • One thing I have tried doing this week is adding extra mini workouts into my day. For example:-

    Looking in my wardrobe for something to wear - while doing weights
    Waiting for the pan to boil etc - do some skipping

    Going to keep this up and also will be adding a 5k run on weekends and will be gradually building up the amount of skipping I do a day. Oh and I am looking to increase my weights in the new year. January Sales!!

  • Wednesday food & exercise

    I went out with the girls from work for a cocktail making class. Was really good fun and I was aware that if I was to be drinking I may make a poor food decision. So in order to steer myself into healthier eating choices I suggested eating at a local Byron burger.

    D: Skinny burger with cheese & a still water

  • I know you've said that you've put weight on and its come back off again but from your start point in July you've only lost just over a pound.

    Either you need to be working out a bit harder or something about your food intake needs tweaking. I know its not easy, I've hit more than one plateau over the months when losing weight but you need to get past those somehow if you want to keep losing.

    D: Mince (chilli, onion, mushrooms, tinned toms, garlic) with 25g cheese & buttered Broccoli/green beans/sugar snaps
    S: 25g cashews, 25g raisins, an apple, coffee, 4 squares whole nut milk choc
    E: walked 7156 (3.2 miles), stairs, 20 mins housework, 3 mins push ups and weights
    Cals: 1527
    Carbs: 94g

  • Friday Food & Exercise

    We had a team building day at work so all food was provided. I still tried to make good food decisions with what was provided. Evening was at a pub with a buffet.

    B: Natural yoghurt with pecan granola & berry compote plus coffee
    L:Rainbow trout with brown rice & roasted courgettes
    D: 2 leek & parmesan parcels, small turkey & cranberry pie, 4 chips - I drank water
    S: 4 cream crackers with 25g each of silton, cheddar & brie, and an apple
    E: Walked 8681 (4 miles), stairs, 3 mins push ups & weights
    Cals: 2296 est
    Carbs:143g est

    B: 2 ryvita with butter and peanut butter plus coffee
    L: LO mince and veg (same as thursday)
    D: 2 fried eggs with HM oven chips (1 small-medium potato) & mangetout
    S: apple, 25g cashews, 25g raisins
    E: 2hrs housework
    Cals: 1602
    Carbs:88g
