Just realised I have forgotten to post my weigh in on Monday.

One thing I have tried doing this week is adding extra mini workouts into my day. For example:-
Looking in my wardrobe for something to wear - while doing weights
Waiting for the pan to boil etc - do some skipping
Going to keep this up and also will be adding a 5k run on weekends and will be gradually building up the amount of skipping I do a day. Oh and I am looking to increase my weights in the new year. January Sales!!That voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

Wednesday food & exercise
I went out with the girls from work for a cocktail making class. Was really good fun and I was aware that if I was to be drinking I may make a poor food decision. So in order to steer myself into healthier eating choices I suggested eating at a local Byron burger.

I know you've said that you've put weight on and its come back off again but from your start point in July you've only lost just over a pound.
Either you need to be working out a bit harder or something about your food intake needs tweaking. I know its not easy, I've hit more than one plateau over the months when losing weight but you need to get past those somehow if you want to keep losing.0 -

Friday Food & Exercise
We had a team building day at work so all food was provided. I still tried to make good food decisions with what was provided. Evening was at a pub with a buffet.
B: Natural yoghurt with pecan granola & berry compote plus coffee
L:Rainbow trout with brown rice & roasted courgettes2 leek & parmesan parcels, small turkey & cranberry pie, 4 chips - I drank water
S: 4 cream crackers with 25g each of silton, cheddar & brie, and an apple
E: Walked 8681 (4 miles), stairs, 3 mins push ups & weights
