    Mon: 30 day shred (HIIT)
    Tues: REST
    Wed: 30 day shred (HIIT)
    Thurs: REST
    Fri: 30 day shred (HIIT)
    Sat: REST
    Sun:REST

    At the moment I will continue to use my 2kg weights until they start to feel easy to use and then I will up my weights to 3kg and so on...
    I will exercise 3 times a week with rest days in between and eventually including a park run at the weekends.

  • Well a fun time was had last night with the girls. Really enjoyed myself and it was nice to let my hair down and relax. :beer:

    Weighed myself this morning and I have lost 2.2lbs since my last weigh in so quite excited by that and have reduced my bust and hips by half an inch each. Weight now stands at 11st 2lbs :T

  • Loving the fact that I can feel my body getting stronger. I can almost get through my workout without wanting to throw up which I am assured is a good sign...

    I can feel the changes taking place on my shoulders and back mostly which is fantastic as this is where I carry my weight. I can start to see my body changing too my stomach is getting flatter and my arms are definitely more muscular. :)

    I think I look pretty damn good.

    I will be running a 5k park run at the end of November this will be the furthest I have run quite looking forward to it.
