    No, not in Northern Ireland.

    It only went online on monday there, as the DVLNI has been closed and all vehicle licencing is going through swansea

    I just hope they don't mess with the MOT system. That actually works over here - none of the garage rip-offs that're built into the mainland system.

    Technical error here, as well. Tried on the phone, technical error there too. Never had a problem doing it by phone before the swap!

    it will probably be privatised like it is in the South where a private contractor tenders for the NCT (MOT) business every 10 years
