I don't think it would do any harm to calculate how much the repayment would be from that date (you'd have to state that it was from a date though and increasing month on month) + add interest0

Thanks fella!
Sadly, my contract phone took a swan dive out of a gym locker earlier this year so I'm now on a sim free Nexus 5. The old phone is just a glorified mp3 player now.
I'll sit and work out some kind of monetary amount at some point in the next day or so!0 -
Not sure if this will be of use, but i's a quick calc to work out how much (roughly) you have paid/ will get refunded, let EE do the hard work to verify your actual amounts fill in the yellow boxes and it should do the rest - interest . xlsx0

It has now been 6 days since my initial email to EE, with a follow up 4 days ago, and still no response.
It was the first email to EE that I used, and it was sent to: " executive.office@ee.co.uk,
Olaf.Swantee@ee.co.uk"
just to check I didn't get those wrong?
What should I do now, surely I should have had some sort of confirmation of receipt, or thanks we are looking into it and will get a reply blah blah..?
Should I try and force it through with a phone call, suggestions please?0 -
Pre face your next email with this... You may well be in for a long haul with this case, but it'll be worth it in the end. CC:

Dear Mr Swantee,
It has now been 6 days since my last email, copy attached..
I find this level of customer service unacceptable and falls well short of the standards it would be reasonable to expect in a matter of this importance.
I have included my previous email and related correspondence for your convenience.

Just os you're aware, you may find that EE don't respond at all, this is because they now realise that they're in a situation that could cost them a lot of money, so they may just ignore your email for 8 weeks, at which point you can go to CISAS. 8 weeks is a long time but think of it as you getting a bumper pay out in January during the long month after Christmas!! it'll be worth it in the end.0

Yeah I get you, they're catching on and no response keeps their hands cleaner than trying to win the dispute. Oh I'm not fussed if it takes that long really, I'll just set an event on my calendar so exactly 8 weeks from the initial contactto then take it to CISAS. I don't know what that is but I'm sure you'll be here when I need you
Definitely worth it in the end, as if I can get rid of this rubbish contract without paying the majority of another year that will be a job well done.0 -
So I got this:Dear Mr Woods,
Further to our previous correspondence in relation to your application to CISAS, we write to advise that we are unable to accept your application.
In accordance with Rule 2 b) of the CISAS Rules, the scheme cannot be used to settle disputes that are the subject of a previous valid application made under the Scheme.
You still have the option of taking your matter to court. Should you choose to pursue this course of action we suggest that you take independent legal advice from a solicitor or your local Citizen’s Advice.
Accordingly, we are withdrawing your case. We regret that we are unable to be of further assistance.
Kind Regards

Given the amount of people who are looking to go to SCC I think it would be a good idea to start a separate forum so as not to overload this forum - anybody agree, or should we just stick with one? I'm happy to contribute to both.0
