    Can't say I'm at all surprised about those rejections. That's why I'm going to go to SCC now instead of arguing with CISAS, Ofcom, etc.

    Not yet, I asked RC whether I need to wait until CISAS clarify what they are doing with peoples' claims or whether I should just go straight for it now. Think he may have missed that post!

    I sent them another email yesterday to enquire for a confirmation of receipt of the email. Still had nothing.

    What kind of reply should I expect after the initial first email I send to EE? What if they don't reply at all, and what's a suitable time to wait for a response from them until I take a different step?

    your case will be fine, as you've not had a previous claim, wait 3 days and chase.

    it's been 3 days since i raised a complaint and i've had not, please respond by return attached is email for reference please respond by return

  • Dear Mikmonken I am unable to dial 150 as you suggest. As I (in anger) cut up the sim card and 'Orange' have suspended my account, in a letter dated 27 Aug. I have, using 'No To 0870', found the number for Orange (customer services) and they are arranging to send me my last 3 months bills, as I have always said that I want to check the phone numbers on my alleged large telephone bill. As others have promised to do so previously, I will not hold my breath.

    I've had some huge !!!! ups with my bill recently usually you can sort it out pretty easily then once it's sorted.

    This forum has a specific focus of trying to cancel via T&Cs so may not be appropriate for you at the moment. But once you account is sorted or you can't come to an agreement with EE (Orange) follow the process to try and cancel detailed at the start of this forum.

  • Thoughts? Is there a max number of concurrebt claims we cAn submit? We could at submit the previous claim as two parts
