  • I know this is the template to use, but I just want to check in to be sure. The template starts as thus

Dear {put here the company name of this member of ''PPC World''},

    PCN number xxxxxxx
I have received your parking 'invoice' impersonating a parking ticket. I decline your invitation to pay or name the driver, neither of which are required of me as the keeper of the vehicle. This is my appeal and all liability to your company is denied on the following basis:

    A)
and it continues up to 5.

I found it on the Newbies thread.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Mortgage-free Glee!
So time to send in the appeal as per the newbie thread post 1 appealing as registered keeper.
Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.
  • I just read this now:
If no time to 'dig out flaws' in paperwork, just use our appeal example unless your PCN was from:
'Devere' (Bournemouth usually, e.g. at Castlepoint)
    'District Enforcement' (Staffordshire University etc.)
    'Secure -a-Space'
    'Napier'
    'UKCPM'
'Combined Parking Solutions' (astonishingly now pursuing families at Fantasy Island, Skegness, and normal POPLA appeals won't work)
    or
'Premier Parking Solutions' (especially re a flipped ticket at Hull Docks where you must word your POPLA appeal very carefully)

    My PCN was from UKCPM

you missed out the important part which was below that quote
'Combined Parking Solutions' (astonishingly now pursuing families at Fantasy Island, Skegness, and normal POPLA appeals won't work)
    or
'Premier Parking Solutions' (especially re a flipped ticket at Hull Docks where you must word your POPLA appeal very carefully)

If so, please start a thread with a picture of the sign on site and don't respond to private messages offering 'help'.
you have not shown any pictures of the signage here

please stop rushing and read things fully
  • Fantastic, Thanks. The newbies thread mentioned something about, "If no time to 'dig out flaws' in paperwork, just use our appeal example unless your PCN was from: UKCPM. I don't want to start a new thread if not necessary, but I thought to post the picture of the sign here instead. Would this sign make any difference, or should I just go ahead and use that template to appeal. 9h4zfb.jpg

wait a few days to see if anything needs adding to the template appeal or not
  • I will wait and see. In the meantime, let me start a new thread with the sign, let's see the responses I get. Thanks again
  • The advice on the Newbies thread says, "If no time to 'dig out flaws' in paperwork, just use our appeal example unless your PCN was from: UKCPM"

My apologies it is upside down, I really don't know why Tinypic changed the alignment.

I am guessing, changes to the template will be needed. Thank you in advance for any advice and suggestions
  • Here is the pic of the PCN that arrived on Friday.
