Fiat tipo with the digital dashboard.

Never worked of course, its a fiat after all.

Crap car, slow even in 1.6 form, went through several exhausts as engine mount knackered, hated rain, never knew if i would make it home (made long distance journeys more exciting), only went in a straight line

Still loved it though, but i'd never buy another fiat.

    A 1957 Austin A35 van - dark green of course - weren't they all.

Just like the one in the Wallace & Grommit programmes.

Registration number VS 8509 - bought it in 1963 for £235 and sold it three years later in part exchange for a Minivan registration number ARG 375B.

Funny how you don't forget these things. ;)

A coupe, triumph Herald. Someone was scrapping it and we bought it for £7.50.

Or it could have been a Morris Minor with a split front window
That was probably in around 1970
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

A 1969 Vauxhall Victor 1600. My first car in 1983.

Lots of rust, but pretty reliable. The first mass produced car to have a timing belt instead of a chain, I believe.

1966 Austin A40 Mk2 Farina, the one with the split tailgate like a Range Rover.

Black over Red with wheels in Old English White.

Only had 40 odd thousand on it.

    Was a barn find.

Still owned by the bloke it was sold to in 1989.

Should have kept it but we are all mainly stupid in our teens.

1997 Rover 200 1.4 bought for £98 in 2010. Only had it a year and a half but it served me will in the time and the few things that went wrong were very cheap and easy to fix.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.
