I'm guessing a photograph. Perhaps removing your finger from the camera lens may help.0 -

Just successfully closed my card at no cost. I told them to donate the remaining €1.40 to a charity of their choice but no doubt they will probably just pocket it.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Just got form from ukash, worryingly it's a refund form and not a card cancellation form. Should be signed but cust services said email it back so will try it without a signature.0 -

I tried it with hubby's phone (he has a Revolut account to) and it did the same so, as we have the same phones, it must be something to do with them, so I'll have to email the id to them instead.0 -

Hi,
I have received a second email from UKASH, which waives the fee if cancelled before 10-Apr-16 (see below):Dear Customer,
Further to the earlier communication with regards to the change of name and fees on the Ukash Prepaid MasterCard® and the Ukash Prepaid Travel Card, please note that those changes only come into effect on 10th April 2016.
We are looking to improve the overall product offering and enhance service levels but we do understand that some customers may wish to close their card due to the change in fees.
With that in mind, we would like to confirm that we will be waiving the closure fee on the cards as long as the card is closed prior to 10th April, 2016.
If you have any questions or queries please don’t hesitate to email us at ukash@prepaidfinancialservices.com
Best regards,
Neltac Limited0
