Has anyone had any success in speaking to Ukash customer service? The number given in their email doesn't appear to work.0

I've got 96 Euros sitting on my Travel Card at the moment. Tempted to do what others suggested and withdraw in the UK and pay the 1.80 charge but uncomfortable at the thought of not cancelling it properly and it somehow affecting my credit/them chasing me for fees later. Have I got to call them to cancel it? Couldn't see an easy 'Cancel account' button on the website. Typical!0

Just got myself a revolut card and I have just transferred £50 pound and then $20 dollars straight to it, no problem. I will try and load more tomorrow. Seems OK.

What actually happens when you try?Middledyke wrote: »Further to my earlier post that you CANNOT use your Ukash card to top up your Revolut card apparently someone on my MH forum HAS managed to do it ... without any fees being charged as he just put it into his Revolut € funds, rather than convert to £.
I couldn't get it to work on MY Revolut card so I'll have to explore more why he could and I couldn't!
You cannot load more than £1,000 to your Revolut account before completing its verification process.
You should load euros to the Revolut EUR balance, etc, of course. Then use Revolut for any conversion.Evolution, not revolution0 -
One thing to be aware of when topping up two or three times in succession with a card is that Revolut are likely to block your account as a security measure until you enter the 4-digit code given in the statement of the card account, when it appears. So either clear the whole balance from your Ukash in one shot, or wait after the first top up until it appears in your Ukash statement and then have that code ready.Just got myself a revolut card and I have just transferred £50 pound and then $20 dollars straight to it, no problem. When your Ukash is empty delete it from your Revolut, to avoid being asked for the code in future.
Also, note that you need to verify your Revolut account before you can use it for more than £1,000Evolution, not revolution0 -
eDicky - do you know HOW you verify your Revolut account? I tried to do it for both my card and my hubby's by clicking on the passport but it doesn't actually tell you WHAT to do, all I get is a black screen! The website is no help whatsoever on this.0
