What I've skimmed over so far looks OK.

But you need a 'No Keeper Liability' paragraph, so you'll need to carefully check the paperwork you've received (and the dates) and weigh it against PoFA 2012. The Parking Cowboys' checklist will also help in this regard.

I am surprised that so much time has been spent on this.

It is a private block of flats, the OP was visiting a resident, the signs are dodgy, it is unclear whether it is a breach or a contractual charge, no one has lost a penny, the PPC is a third division bottom feeder who rarely does court, they may be evading v.a.t., what's the big deal?

Yes there is a clamping sign which I have taken a picture of at the site of entrance. Will it help my appeal if I mention this or would this be a completely seperate legal matter?
Add a mention of it into the signage paragraph to say 'it appears these signs are old and the terms are uncertain because there is even an old clamping sign up (see picture evidence) which became a criminal offence over two years ago and cannot apply at this site. So what does apply at this site? How is a driver supposed to be informed with this mish-mash of unreadable and old signs?
P.s. Is three points enough or do I need to add more ?
No it is not enough. I had already said this earlier in post #29:

Just to add we've looked at this 'formal demand' letter on another thread, and it's not compliant:

So have you sent your POPLA appeal yet? Hope you haven't decided to ignore or pay the silly thing! You are about to win at POPLA if you send an appeal based on our examples (in the Newbies thread 'How to win at POPLA' in post #3 of that sticky) and include the fact the NTK isn't compliant with Schedule 4 so there's no keeper liability (that part of your appeal must show the omissions which is easy as I've shown them in the link!).
Come on kteara, you can't expect us to spot what's missing where you have already been told to include it! This isn't fair on us and comes across as lazy on your part (sorry but it does, and it's frustrating for us to keep picking up the pieces when we have our own lives & families to be getting on with). Yet I even gave you a link to the words needed and still you didn't include that point - how much easier could this have been made for you?

Hi guys, I've read the material on "No Keeper Liability" and I am having serious problems understanding it all and I've no clue as to what to write. I am becoming seriously strapped for time with only a few days left and I am unsure what to write. Is there anyone that can help me I would truly appreciate it.

    thanks

    Here is something generic

    No keeper liability
The operator has not complied with the requirements of POFA 2012 and keeper liability does not apply.

You can just bung this in. When the operator sends their evidence pack, you will then have time to go into detail about why they failed, and send a rebuttal at that time.

I have submitted my Popla appeal however, I am having problems uploading evidence. It asks for a "verification" number. When I enter my popla appeal code it comes up as invalid?

I have also had no confirmation that I've sent my popla appeal. No email updates. Is this normal?

Have you checked your POPLA code using Parking Cowboy's checker?

(And no - I'm not giving you the link). :D

You should get an automatic email back from London Councils...

Asking the obvious here - did you put an email address on the form ?

Sorry but as you seem so out of your depth and it seems that some posts have been deleted from this thread where you asked which boxes to tick .

Again stating the obvious - this thread was started some time ago .

The POPLA code is only valid for 28 days and that is assuming that the parking company issued this on the date of the rejection for the first appeal.

Again as BOD1467 states - have you checked the validity of the code - google Parking Cowboys and POPLA code.

What evidence are you thinking of uploading in any case?

You should email enquiries@popla.org.uk and confirm your details and POPLA appeal.

Are you certain you submitted the POPLA appeal? Try again and if it works then you didn't. Only then can you move on to upload evidence.

Thanks for the help everyone I've double checked my popla appeal code on the ParkingCowboys website and it does appear to be valid. I've sent off an email to popla so I shall wait and see what happens with their reply.

The evidence I wanted to upload was a picture of the signage which turns out to be unreadable due to the height and the sun blinding from behind anyones vision facing the sign. I was also going to upload the clamping threat sign as a bonus.
