    Wow!
Probably carp, but I will never have to wash a brush again.
    50 paint brushes for £3
(you do need to spend a total of £10 though, just buy 200 brushes ;) )

Can I ask if anyone knows how much they pay for gas in the summer months.

Inspired by you all to check such things I was surprised that my monthly gas bill for June was almost £70 We only have a gas hob and hot water to rinse dishes No baths only showers Only two of and out most of the day The heating has not been used.
In January when the heating was on it was only £90

Is that about right for the summer ?

    Thanks

I have a smart meter and last 28 days my gas is £2-67 . HTH

That is brilliant :T :D :rotfl:

So arrogant they are. It took me days to track them down, because they re-route their calls through foreign call centres but after trawling various forums and websites, I found them.
I phoned the company and they point blank refused to remove my number, well said they couldn't. So I told them fine, keep calling and I will send you an invoice for my time on a weekly basis. I was getting over 40 calls a week by this point  after the first 2 invoices the calls stopped. The reasonable amount of time I gave them to pay the invoices is just about up too.

Hope everyone has had a gd wknd.

Great start to 6 week hols, just had trip to hospital ds2 has broken his hand, fell off a bike and hit a tree, its swollen and black now.

2 years ago he fell off a bike and dislocated his elbow and broke it in 3 places, cant you tell he loves the holidays.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Poor lad! My Ds age 16 had a similar incident yesterday, came off his skateboard and landed on his head, knocked himself out briefly. Luckily some very kind motorists stopped, called an ambulance, and called me. Despite being told it was a young lad with a head injury (his head was bleeding) and query spinal injury (thankfully there wasn't) the ambulance never came. When phoned again they said they had none to send. :o

He was very lucky, an off duty medic (think he was a trainee as he said he wasn't qualified to check for spinal injury) stopped and helped, then after around 50 minutes an ambulance response car was passing and we flagged it down. After being checked over he was happy no neck or spinal injury, and he took us to hospital, who I have to say were brilliant at checking him over, bandaging 2 particularly nasty grazes and glueing his head! He really was so lucky.

Disgusted that cuts to ambulance service left him in that position though.

Am currently listening to the boyzone concert that is taking place about a mile from where I live, and I can hear through my bedroom window!

I presume so - it's a 'good' price though (absent a glitch) - obviously not good at 10% cheaper than £1.20, lol!

Does this go vs N/A vs anyone? TIA.

When my mum has a pop at me I take great pleasure in doing whatever she is being sarcastic about twice as much! My mother always has to find something to be sarky about so there is little point in me changing anything because she would only find something else anyway!

Wear your Emus with pride and tell your Mum you've cut your cleaning time in half so you have more time to do whatever will annoy your mother the most!:eek: :D:D:D

Every time I go she finds sarcastic comments :(

I would never dream about telling her what she can and cant wear perhaps I should start see how she likes it :D :rotfl::rotfl:

Evening, can I ask if there's anything any good for a c&c tomorrow please,
been away all weekend internet not been fab, and was diverted off the road we were travelling on due to a serious accident and not long got back. The road was closed on both sides of carriageway so that the air ambulance could land :(
Thanks for any help and sorry for being lazy not looking back, but I'm ****tered.

I got diverted on the road to my A the other week. Diversion went all the way through town, back out the other side of the town, round, down and back in again - in all a journey of about twenty minutes just to travel a few yards farther up the road. Once there, I saw the highway trucks, from the other side, that were blocking the road. You could actually go back along the road the other way - mad!

Asterisks x four?!? I'm just being silly btw and having a bit of fun:rotfl::rotfl:!
