Can I ask if anyone knows how much they pay for gas in the summer months.
Inspired by you all to check such things I was surprised that my monthly gas bill for June was almost £70 We only have a gas hob and hot water to rinse dishes No baths only showers Only two of and out most of the day The heating has not been used.
In January when the heating was on it was only £90
Is that about right for the summer ?
Thanks
Is that usage or are they averaging the payments out over the year? When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

That doesn't apply to me, despite 6 months worth of hair pulling phonecalls trying to convince me that it did
Incidentally the Phonecalls have now stopped after the company concerned got a bill for my time after refusing to take me off their dialling list. If I work from home and they ring me in work time....it's work and they have to pay for it, same as anyone else. I did inform them I'd be charging them. They must have thought I wasn't serious :cool:0 -
