[Edit: :doh:Sorry, maybe I miss the point: 40 calls a week is unreasonable. Nuisance and harrassing really. So, certainly if they are going to have you undertake that 'detriment', they can pay for the privilege. Hopefully a quite extortionate (but pre-warned) and unrestrained amount of charges:rotfl:.]
