Can I ask if anyone knows how much they pay for gas in the summer months.

Inspired by you all to check such things I was surprised that my monthly gas bill for June was almost £70 We only have a gas hob and hot water to rinse dishes No baths only showers Only two of and out most of the day The heating has not been used.
In January when the heating was on it was only £90

Is that about right for the summer ?

    Thanks

I used to run a lot for the county when I was young lass. Cross country mainly.Unfortunately the older I got the bigger my chest got and that hurts to run. believe me. There was no shock asorber brasa then and the ones from the Coop dept store just couldnt cope :rotfl:

I kinda got back into to it a few years ago but found it hard going on my knees now. All the excuses eh ? !

Ouch (sympathies) but you are giving fodder for the nightshift bilge.:eek::eek:

That was the only one I seen today ! I do like Nico but would have preferred Thornton to go through right enough. Was a good match though
I've only just tuned in now as well so no idea what happened in the last game of the afternoon or this evening so far. But I'm sitting comfy now and ready to watch :D

I didn't see the last one this afternoon either.
Thankfully Michael Smith won 10-8 against Pipe in this evenings first match. Not a bad game but the pace just sends me to sleep! :rotfl:

    I'm behind again! :o:o

RL just keeps on interfering with my online shenanigans! I've just read the last 10 pages and can't manage to go back any further so apologies to anyone whose birthday I've missed. I hope all those who have been unwell (or whose children have managed to have accidents) are feeling better soon.

I hope you've had a wonderful birthday today Zippy - did you enjoy the cinema?

Many thanks for all the wonderful posts that have both made me smile and keep saving me money.

We are on a pre pay meter, we put £40 a month on it minimum each month.

In the summer, we generally use between £25-30 a month, and that's with cooking, hot water for dishes and baths. There's only two of us

I'd say on that basis, your bill is way too high
