Quarter it and cook in mince for AGES till the cabbage is cooked, the mince gets inside the layers of leaves and it is yum!0

Well not fry, but steamed cabbage is nice.
He fries up with onions, peppers and a little black pepper and salt.

I stir fry cabbage. Depending on the variety you have, it takes no time at all.0

of course you can - do it with onions and sliced peppers and mushrooms then add soy sauce - good with chinese

I stir fry it too, shredded savoy is particularly nice
if it's a bit wilted, use the best bits & add a chinese-style sauce after brief frying0 -
