SPC Member 317 is declaring £82.81 potted. Not bad considering I joined late. Soooo close to my target!

Do we keep our member numbers for next year?

A GREAT amount for you, EMMAP!!!!!!! :j:T:j As you said - so close to your Target and so well done given when you joined. Shows what can be done when trying hard!!!!! :D and YES, you do keep our member numbers for next year!!

Whilst I remember myself: A whole £881 saved by the UU household!!!!! :j:T:j Chuffed to ruddy bits with that given the expensive year hubby and I have had, but we've saved well over the last few years - and what a blessing!!!!!!! We are both quite cockahoop!! :j Amazing what saving can do!

I am so very happy for, EVERYONE, and I'm soooo TERRIBLY proud of you ALL!!!!!

NB, all SPC savers: Next November's opening day will be the 5th November
PLEASE folks, do ensure your correct Nos are on your siggies!! Many of you have ones from the old list which makes things more difficult for me. :(
Please check the 2nd Post of the 1st page! IF you're not there please let me know as I had to change the entire membership list early in the year so you may be missing, but that can soon be sorted out.

I banked £650 through the year :T very pleased. I've been spending a bit on my credit card lately so I've just paid that off, and the rest will cover groceries for December.

I plan to start January with a zero balance on my credit card!

Thanks to all who keep the thread going its a great idea!

  • I counted my pot last week (£55) and was disappointed until I remembered that I hadn't potted anything for roughly the first 4 months of this year due to hospital admission then being too off my head with pain meds to even shop :rotfl:
I can certainly say I made up for it in September/October when I had DSes school trip to save for by selling lots and saving £755 in just over a month!!

Including those savings, my banked savings and my pot I'm declaring
    £1100
Just a pity I didn't meet the £500 banked but considering I had to dip into that a few times I'm very pleased with what I managed :D

I'd like to keep the same target (£500) for next year please Sue x

    #216 in to declare £73.89.

Considering that is just change I have "popped" in the pot over the year, no extra effort, I am pleased with that.

I am most pleased with the fact that I have managed to keep up with the thread ALL YEAR!! I have had big problems with Internet connection over the past couple of months and I keep finding that when I log back in all the "Thanks" that I have given people have "un-Thanked" so apologies if I have missed anyone, it was not on purpose.

Thanks to Sue for keeping us all in order and to everyone here for keeping morale up. Looking forward to SPC8!! :D

My target is £1000 but with you on the case i can see myself far exceeding that :rotfl:
My Mr works at Tropical Birdland. My parents are friends with the owner so go there every Saturday. I have known Matty for probably getting close to 10 years. We have both dated other people but have never been single at the same time. When we finally were we just ended up together. I have had a crush on him for most of those 10 years :o
We haven't got a holiday planned. I'm not really the holidaying type but Matt is so he'll no doubt want to go somewhere soon.
Matt and i are spending our first Christmas together (and my first away from my parents). We plan to cook together, watch films, FaceTime everyone and be happy!!

Done.... *Searches for money to pot* £2.80 emptied from my purse into my pot (well my potting purse ready to be potted)

Well then you can take losing that 2p as a lesson learnt! Maybe you'll be more careful with the pennies in future!! You'll never be a millionaire leaving your change lying around!!!

Goodness, however you got the total you did with that attitude i'll never know....... :kisses3: Just kidding of course :D
