    Evening

    £3.18 potted today,

I have found my banking bags so I am ready to count. I was wondering what would happen if I didn't count any of the money, and just carried on potting. How long would it be before the floor gave way under the weight of the tins lol

Have a great evening everyone :D

Hi Sue, I think opening the pots earlier from next year, is a good idea.

My money is going in the bank, after count up, as we have finished our Christmas shopping for this year.

Gosh I've missed so much and I haven even been away I've just been sewing instead of reading!
So hi to any newbies, and welcome :)

Well done to all those who've already declared, some good totals you must be pleased :)

I always struggle waiting for opening day so happy for it to be earlier next year - might even open early this year cos it's yoga on the Thursday and I'll be too chilled to bother with counting money :rotfl:

Sue did you say you've opened the reminder threads? Want me to bump like last year?
Cheers all and happy potting let's make this week count :D

NB everyone! Unlike sparky I have not been able to take any banked amounts from your sigs, I'm trusting that you'll all be able to give me the entire sums you've saved when you declare on the 27th. Thanks a lot folks. :)

How kind of your bank to be so considerate about SPC shenanigans, Vicky. ;)

Brilliant news about your change being *wanted* Ruth, saves you a huge job! :j I can see why you'd want to up your Target for next year too, so all the best in getting rid of those debts. Let me know when you're sure about it. Many thanks for quoting those necessary words to members too, and for helping so much on the reminder threads, you're a gem! :A

No, not long now, siju!

I'd definitely advise against leaving your pots full for another year..6 or 8, 32b3, just imagine it!! :rotfl: No, best not even do that. :(

Helllooo again, nanto3girls! The count-up date of the 5th seems to be highly popular, so much so that I wish I'd gone with my thoughts and changed it a couple of years ago. Never mind, it'll go ahead next year now.

Hi everyone. Sorry been absent for months -frustrating login probs due to my low tech abilities. Been able to read all your posts but not reply. I can feel the excitement building to "open day" . I haven't kept a note of my pottings so will get a lovely surprise. Asking myself for permission to open a week early but so far permission refused! Will I hold out?
I'm the only one who is stopping me from achieving my goals! :wall:
  • Have potted £2.25.

  • Morning all!!

Last night i potted £1.73 and this morning £1.32. I counted my holding pot too which is currently at £295 so my total so far is £829.70 I have another pot that doesn't have a counter that contains only roadkill and sometimes my counters go wrong. With all that in mind I'm hoping for around £850 come count-up day.

    I'm so excited!!!!!!
