We are soooooo close. I am soooo glad I didn't have to dip into (ie,completely drain) my tin earlier this year when we had our family crisis. So looking forward to next Thursday.Am hoping to take the afternoon off to count-up in peace and quiet :shhh:
I'm thrilled you're thinking back to then, Saver-upper, and are so chuffed you got by without opening it!! :smileyheaGood luck with the last push!
You're welcome, Luckybella, all you need now is to fill it up, then...this time next year you too will be ecstatic!!!!I am not going to succumb. I have got DH to put my pot on the top of the kitchen cupboard where I can't reach it and will have to use a holding pot for the next eight days :rotfl:
Lx
:rotfl: That's a brilliant idea, Lynne, though jakes-mum's DH would have had to stick hers in the ruddy sewer for her not to get to it...and then she'd have come out smelling of roses!!
Oi Lynsey! That's crude - know any more?!jakes-mum wrote:ahhh Sue, I'd have to pay someone to take my two off me, and even then they'd return em for a refund
Oh, you are mean about your kiddies, jakes-mum!Excellent news of your fantastic wins!!!!!! :T:j:j:j Better than a slap in the face with a wet sock any day and so good to have prizes you'll benefit from. Really chuffed for you.
No worries, mcjordi, and what a cracking amount you saved too!!!!!! :T:j Don't forget that next year we open up on the 5th November!!! Lovely to see you mcjordi and keep right on potting!!Please make sure your Nos are on your siggies everyone!!!
Have a lovely Tuesday, all SPCers - and remember...there are only.......
......8 1/2more potting days left til 27th November!!

*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.
Hi Purplepenguin88, and as the welcome message above states, have a look at the 1st post on page 1 and the start and stop dates are all revealed, though next year's count-up date will now be 5th November!!
Any questions, please ask!

Well, I came well under budget on my food shop today so I've potted the difference - £10.91 has started off my sealed pot challenge! I seriously doubt that I'll be able to put that much in it every week but having something to aim for (like having change from the food shop to put in my tin) made me really think about what I needed to get this week instead of just adding stuff to the trolley! Amazing how something as small as a pot can change the way you think.....hope everyone is having a good day xCurrent Debt - Credit Card £3231.14; Hire Purchase £4,555; Catalogue £562.60, Loan £4754.880
