Cleared out a purse after I topped up my parking purse - another £6.98p to the pot! I actually can't lift my pot up.
I am going to be a bit more frugal with spending and so I am dressing up some pringle pots for next year! A lady at work loves them and I have some lovely generic type wrapping paper to jazz them upjob done - saves on buying pots

Gosh jakes-mum, how brave of you and thanks for all the info in case I ever get near one. Well done and hope the results are good for you
LxYou sang songs in your head, I sang songs out loud when I had the pleasure of having an MRI!As I am claustrophobic I did the same as you and kept my eyes closed the entire time. I did have the urge to open them but I knew I would freak out if I did, so I kept them closed until I was out again. Hope your get the results quickly and they help resolve whatever the problem is. x
Don't worry ladies, it's nothing major, when i went to the memory clinic about my appalling short term memory, the doc said he's pretty sure it's the M.E but decided to stick me in the MRI machine just incase he had missed something.
I did ask if I could sing out loud Mossy, but the lady said if I did I'd be moving my head :rotfl: I think she just didn't want to hear my rendition of wind beneath my wingsSPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
Little bit of change potted today
jakes-mum hope it turns out OK for you with the memory thing. I had no idea there was such a thing as a memory clinic, I wonder if my doc would send me as my short-term is appalling too, I rely on 2 colleagues at work to remember things for me which is not good as I'm "supposed" to be the boss (hollow laughter) and I cant remember what my boss has asked me to ask them to do! I know it sounds funny but it's really not
Anyway hugs to anyone that needs one, and keep going folks we're on the home straight nowThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Spent abit of time tonight sorting out my monthly budget.Found I had loose change leftover that I couldn't account for.I knew it would put my maths out for the rest of the month (and irritate me
) so I potted the extra: £2.34,plus 49p housekill from the last week or so.
