Last night I contacted the CC that I cleared on Monday to see if there are any purchase offers to be had. Answer was no, so I closed the card. Whoop! That's £3950 available credit wiped off my file! Soon to be replaced with a new card though to put my car loan on to!

So it's payday in 6 days... With the changes to my pension contribution and pending payrise (not even sure if it will be in this months pay) I actually have no idea how much I will be receiving. Pay slip should arrive Tues/Weds and then I can update my spreadsheet.
My Q.co claim hasn't updated to available to withdraw yet... which is pretty annoying.
STILL waiting to be paid for house-sitting - might have to drop a hint on Monday when I next see them! :) Just want to start building up my car loan pot.
So my plan is to take out a new 0% CC to clear my car finance. I will need a minimum credit limit of £4,000 to do this (I expect my settlement figure to be somewhere around £3,850.00) I used the MSE checker and it looks like I have plenty of options of providers who will give me a card... the annoying thing is that until I apply I have no idea what limit they will give me and I want it to be enough to do it all in one go! What to do... What to do?

I think that's all from me for now. Have a great weekend all! x

Just made a small online purchase with cashback that has tracked at £1.35 opn Q.co. Also, having a little nose around the Q.co site, I noticed that I am waiting for £15.00 to ba approved for collecting those pesky gold coins from some suppliers. That will also be winging its way to my car loan pot!

So, house-sitting has been paid! YAY!!

I have chased the cashback claim from Q.co who say it should be withdrawable within a week or 2. I guess I will just have to be patient! :(

Payday tomorrow and I've not had my wage slip through the post yet.... I'm itching to update my spreadsheet!!

No available balance to withdraw on Q.co yet.

No surveys for ages now on Pro.Ac.... is it because I am at £18.00? lol

Off out for dinner tonight - all paid for by my brother back in March for my b'day. Almost forget I had the voucher.. and that it expires tomorrow; luckily enough I realised on Monday and they had a table for tonight.

Still not sure if I / we are out with my other brother tomorrow. Guess I'll find out soon enough! lol

    P A Y D A Y!!

Money been moved around - man do I miss being paid weekly! lol

No payslip yet, so although I can see my pension contribution has been changed, I have no idea if the pay rise came through this month or not. I'll wait to see if it is on the door mat when I get home tonight!

Pro.Ac up to £19.00..... soooo close now! :)

Looks like dinner is on tonight - although after the volume of food I consumed last night I really shouldn't be eating for a week (was so full up after the meal out last night that I struggled to sleep last night.. so tired too!)

Have decided on the car finance front that what I really need to do is build up a fund now, to overpay my existing loan before I pay it off with a 0% card. This means there will be less outstanding (through repayment and less interest, and I will therefore need a smaller credit limit on the new card. So that's a new plan!!! GOTTA LOVE A PLAN!! STRIKE THAT! Just thought I would speak to the loan provider about how I can overpay... and the answer is I can't! Sooo, back to the original plan of paying the balance (less the interest rebate for clearing it in full early) with a 0% purchasing card and building up a pot to clear the card in full at the end of the 0% period (need 18 months), earning a bit of interest on the way!

Off work this weekend. Lots to do at home which I can get on with tomorrow as OH is working :(

Have a great weekend all - hope the sun makes a re-appearance!! xxx
