Is it becoming more common for older women to date younger guys?

I'm 35, current OH is 34, last OH was 4 years younger than me, and had a few flings with men in their early-mid twenties in between.

I've never gone for older men, I find them boring, but I'm not sure how a relationship with one of the flings would have panned out.

I'm the opposite. My DH is 8 years older than me, but he does tend act much younger.

the guy i'm currently seeing is 26 and im 27 so not much of a gap and i have dated a guy who was 3 years my junior (24) the best i've ever had if i must say without risking oversharing but after a while i started feeling like an older sister who had to advise him etc then he got all clingy eurgh!

OH is 3 years younger than me and all my boyfriends except one were younger. When I was 24 I was dating a 17 year old and when he turned 18 we moved in together.


I personally don't find older men attractive and they are often boring. The one boyfriend who was older than me, although not by that many years was very boring, never wanting to do anything. I do realise though that that is not always true!

I don't make my threads about hooking up with older women. It isn't a fantasy. The thread regarding that 43 year old woman who I slept with, wasn't a troll thread. I really have no idea why people say they think I'm a troll. Okay, I slept with her without using protection; granted that was a really stupid thing to do, but apart from that, I don't know how I've given the impression that I'm trolling!

I'm not trying to meet women on here. I just come on here to get advice and opinions, like everyone else does. I find older women more appealing, yes, but I'm not only fascinated with older women. I have had relations with an older woman, and spoken to older women before and I just prefer the conversation with older women, as opposed to young women. I'm not denying that young women aren't attractive to me, but I do find older women just as attractive, if not more so.

But do learn from this when its best to have the chat about protection -and its not the first moment you meet them though!.. Its always best to get them as\when need them - i.e. don't turn up with them on a date assuming its a guaranteed outcome

People fall in love - sometimes age differences don't matter, other times they do.

There is no formula, people are just attracted to another!

Some really old men (rich) like the kudos of a really young women on their arm, to try and prove they are still young, and I guess the same might apply to some really old (rich) gals......:whistle:

They have to be rich really, as there appears to be little, other than a bank balance, for 20 something's to be attracted to 70 somethings!

All a bit daft though.
